The number one formula of MLM Recruiting, prospecting and putting your Network Marketing business on steroids is to absolutely go the extra mile of calling the leads that you generate.
When a lead or potential mlm prospects enter their phone number on your capture page or your opt in form they need assistance, they need someone to show them the way, they need someone to talk to, they need a leader they can follow.
More and more mlm’ers fail to sign up new reps in their business because they absolutely ignore this mlm recruiting strategy of picking up the phone. I can’t tell you how many times I get back to a lead i just got and they tell me “well I have entered my phone number in several forms and no one called me, you are the first to ever call me” . Ball game.. I recruit him/her up.
Most people would join you totally because of your confidence in picking the phone and becoming the first to call them.
Leaders in this industry are always connecting with potential leaders.. the leads they generate. They do not just sit behind their computer and wish someone joins their business. MLM recruiting doesn’t have to be hard, in fact it isn’t, if you practice calling your leads, so you get used to it, you then start speaking from a position of authority because they are the ones who opted in to hear from you.
Many times when i call an mlm lead and they are like “WOW” i just visited your website.. I cannot believe you just called me, i just watched your video”. Many times this keep up happening and yet people still think mlm recruiting is difficult. Aside the above strategy i gave you, I want to give you 2 tips that has put my business on steroids.
MLM recruiting tip #1
Call your mlm prospects right away they opt in to your lead capture page. This strategy is what makes TOP internet marketers where they are. If you generate a lead, do not let them leave your page without you first speaking with them, introducing yourself.
For crying out loud they can go to another Internet marketers website and get the same information in your website. The question is what single out you from the other marketer. A power mlm recruiting tip you should take away.
Call your leads.. Just call them. You do not have to sign them up to your business immediately. Just have a friendly dialogue with them, ask them what drove them to come check out your website, see if you can solve their problem.
MLM recruiting tip #2
Be attentive to their problems. A lot of people just want to follow a script of question and just recruit. I used to make this blunder too until i realize that people do not really care about what you know until they know how you care.
Best closers are proficient listeners. Most people fail at sponsoring people to their business because they try to do all the talking and let the prospect do the listening. If you do this, all you have succeeded in doing is giving the command of the conversation to the prospect.
Now you are on a tight spot, now he is asking you questions and you are all sweaty and nervous. ASK and LISTEN.. there is a reason you have two ears and one mouth. When you ask a question, just listen and take notes
When you listen they would reveal all their affection and heart to you, they would reveal their problems to you and then you can say something like this.. “well, I see you’ve been through a lot, well I think I might have a solution that you might what to take a look. Are you even open to the idea of making extra income from home? “Yes”.. ok great.
This is a key mlm recruiting question. Notice the question, I did not say “open”.. I said “even open”. The first one sounds like a pitch and the second one comes from a position of authority just by adding the word “even”
So the closing question should be “Are you even open to the idea of making extra income from home?”
The next step is giving him/her the link to watch your business presentation and then scheduling a time to talk about the presentation. This is very important. Schedule a time with the prospect so he knows you are serious about what you do.
Now this is how you close the sale. ask him/her this question. So what do you like about it? If he responds with a little positive excitement, then use this power line to close the sales.. this line works magic trust me. Here it is
Ok Mr. Prospect, sounds to me like you are ready to get started (and be silent!!) very critical
This works EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Remember the whole process, he requested for the presentation, he watched it and like it, he told you he was open to an opportunity, now with you asking him “sounds to me like you are ready to get started,” he has only one answer. YES..
Keep practicing on what we just went over and you will get better at mlm recruititng.
MLM recruiting is fun if you practice. Practice first originate with generating leads. You want more leads than you have time and you need to be practicing daily.. just imagine getting 50-70 leads PER DAY and i really mean per day.
